Shringery Community Secondary School

Shringery Community Secondary School, established in 1995, is about 15 km away from Kathmandu, in Mahalaxmi Municipality, Lalitpur. It has 18 teachers and staffs catering to 215 students from nursery to grade ten.

The school had a good number of students but lacked sufficient rooms to run its classes smoothly. As the school needed at least four rooms to conduct its regular operations, it requested us to help us make four rooms operational. So we have helped them to construct four rooms.

We have supported the school to add four rooms to help the school conduct classes there. This program was financially supported by Santi School Project, USA and implemented by the Shanti Education Initiative Nepal. We handed over the four rooms to the school on March 13, 2016.
